Youth and School’s Outreach Worker
We are looking to identify a passionate, experienced and visionary Youth and Schools Outreach Worker to join our Rising Gens Team. This new role is central to our vision to see children and young people discover Jesus, grow in faith, and impact their schools, churches, and communities. The role involves both hands-on work with children and young people as well as strategic leadership to help develop sustainable, joined-up ministry across the deanery partnership in the city of Lincoln.
There is significant opportunity to pioneer secondary schools work, facilitate youth-led initiatives and develop discipleship pathways from schools into central gathered settings and into local Churches.
